Step By Step Instructions
Step 1) Create a Test Targeting Segment
Targeting Segments are located under the Journeys Menu.
Create a unique Targeting Segment to ensure general visitors will NOT be engaged by the Journey.
Use the Cookie Targeting Criteria Key “adm_testing” Exists to ensure no other visitors inadvertently trigger the Journey. 
Step 2) Add the Targeting Segment to the Journey and enable the Journey
Step 3) Preview the Full Journey Experience
To preview the Journey experience, navigate to your site and set the adm_testing Cookie (you will need to refresh the page after setting the Cookie).
How to set a Cookie
NOTE: Once complete, be sure to remove the Cookie Targeting Segment from the Journey to ensure visitors will now be targeted.
