How To: Troubleshoot Apple Safari (iPad)

Please follow the instructions below to check the settings in your Safari web browser on your iPad tablet to address the ad block pop-up message being displayed on a Publisher's website.


Please do the following to troubleshoot Apple SAFARI (iPad)…

  1. Open "Settings".
  2. Scroll down and click "Safari" to get to the settings for this program.
    • In the right side main area, scroll down to the "PRIVACY & SECURITY" SECTION...
      • Make sure "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" toggle is set to the off position.
  3. Lastly, please open a new browser window or tab and go to the website where you saw the ad block message. Refresh the page at least three (3) times.

Are you still getting the ad block pop-up message?

    • If you do NOT see the message any longer...
      Congratulations! You have fixed it. Give yourself a pat on the back.
    • If, yes, you do still see the ad block message...
