How do I cancel my subscription at the end of the current billing cycle?

When a subscriber decides to cancel their subscription, it will automatically expire at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly, annually, etc.). Here are the instructions on how to carry out this action.

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Admiral account by visiting https://my.getadmiral.com/login and using your login method (Options = Email + Password, “Login with Facebook,” or “Login with Google”).

  2. Navigate to the Subscriptions section and find the subscription you wish to cancel. Note that subscriptions are organized by Publisher’s Name and will show the URL of the site as well. NOTE: All offers should be clumped together by the Publisher.
  3. Click on the three (3) stacked dots icon () located on the far right side of the subscription row, and then select Cancel Subscription.
  4. Provide Feedback (Optional): You will be directed to a page where you can give feedback to the Publisher about your reason for canceling. You can select more than one option by clicking the circle to add a checkmark () inside of it. Once ready, click the Cancel My Subscription button to proceed.
  5. Confirmation: A message will appear confirming your subscription has been successfully canceled. You will also receive an auto-generated email as additional confirmation for your records.
  6. Click Back Home or return to my.getadmiral.com/manage and verify your updated subscription status. Scroll back down to the subscription row, and you should now see the expiration date (in MM/DD/YYYY format) to the left of Expires (On).
