There Are Currently Three (3) Different Types Of Login Methods.
NOTE: The method is decided when you first set up the account.
- Method #1: Email + Password
- Method #2: Facebook Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Method #3: Google Single Sign-On (SSO)
Method #1: Email + Password
On checkout of the subscription, you would have entered your email and then set up a password.
Don't Remember Your Password? Here's How To Reset It.
- When logging in to https://my.getadmiral.com/login/ or via the Publisher's website, enter your email address and then click the "Continue" button.

- Click the "Forgot password?" link above the Login button.

- A new page will open. Click the "Send Email" button to receive an auto-generated email sent to you with links in it to help you reset your password.
- In your email, look for the MOST RECENT email with a subject line of "Admiral Reset Password Link" sent from no-reply@m.getadmiral.com; Then, when you open this email, you will see a "Reset Password" button and a clickable URL, click either for a new window to open.

- The new window will resemble the screenshot below. You will need to type in your new password TWICE and then click the "Reset Password" button to save it.
NOTE: Possible error messages that you may encounter are listed below to help with troubleshooting.
- Successful Password Reset: (See below screenshot)

- Error Message #1: "Your password wasn't long enough. Passwords must be at least 6 characters in length." means you need to enter a longer password and click "Reset Password" to try to save again.

- Error Message #2: "Those passwords do not match." means that the passwords typed into New Password and Confirm Password Fields are not identially, please try retyping and then click "Reset Password" again.

- Error Message #3: "already completed" means you have used the link already, and it can only be used once.

Method #2: Facebook Single Sign-On (SSO)
