Publisher Self-Help: Identifying a Subscriber's Sign-On Credentials Type
As a publisher, how do I determine which sign-on method a subscriber has selected for their account?
Log in to Admiral with your account.
Navigate to the Property that the subscription is for.
Click Subscriptions (NOT Subscriptions option nested under Analytics)
Click in "Search subscribers (subscriber email" section at the top left of the page and then type or paste in the email address of the subscriber. Search results will automatically start filling in when you start typing.
Identify the correct search result and then click the pencil icon in a circle at the far right of the search result line to go to the subscriber/subscription detail page.
On the left hand side, of the page in the little box containing the subscriber's name (if known), email address, physical address (if known), phone number (if known), and sign-on method (located under Login), locate "Logins" and each type is defined below...
