As a publisher, how do I help reset a subscriber's password for the subscriber's account with Admiral?
- Log in to Admiral with your account.
- Navigate to the Property that the subscription is for.
- Click Subscriptions (NOT Subscriptions option nested under Analytics)
- Click in "Search subscribers (subscriber email" section at the top left of the page and then type or paste in the email address of the subscriber. Search results will automatically start filling in when you start typing.
- Identify the correct search result and then click the pencil icon in a circle at the far right of the search result line to go to the subscriber/subscription detail page.
- On the left hand side, of the page in the little box containing the subscriber's name (if known), email address, physical address (if known), phone number (if known), and sign-on method (located under Login), click the 3 hollow dots icon and then click "Send Password Reset Email".
- This will generate an email to the subscriber with instructions on how to reset their password. Note, the links in this email are time sensitive and will expire after roughly 1 day. If the link expires, another set password email will need to be generated to their account.
- Also, please note that a user will be able to initiate this email themselves by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link when trying to sign in.

- Can I set up a password for the subscriber without them having to do the above? No.
