TCF Interaction Report: Measures how visitors respond to your consent prompt. Every visitor counted here was shown the TCF prompt, so the report covers the regions your consent journey targets. Figures are visitor counts.Metrics Meaning
Full Consent Visitors Granted consent for everything you're asking for.
Some Consent Visitors Granted consent for part of what you're asking for and withheld it for the rest.
No Consent Visitors Saved a choice that granted nothing.
No Interaction Visitors Saw the prompt and left without saving a choice. Full Consent and Some Consent together represent your opt-in rate among visitors who were shown the prompt.
TCF Traffic Report: Measures the consent state of your traffic. Every pageview where Admiral is running is counted, across all regions, including pageviews from visitors who weren't shown a prompt. Figures are pageview counts, with unique visitor figures available alongside. A Europe / non-Europe filter is available.
Metric Meaning
Full Consent Pageviews A consent signal was present granting everything you're asking for.
Some Consent Pageviews A consent signal was present granting part of what you're asking for.
No Consent Pageviews No consent signal was present. Each pageview is counted according to the consent state present at the time it was served. No Consent Pageviews therefore includes pageviews from visitors who declined, pageviews served before a visitor made a choice, and pageviews from visitors in regions your consent journey doesn't target.
About the figures
- Known bot and crawler traffic is excluded from both reports.
- Unique visitor counts are close estimates, calculated to stay fast across large date ranges.
- A visitor who makes different choices across visits can appear in more than one metric, so individual metrics won't always sum exactly to a visitor total.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Interaction Report include traffic from regions where I don't show the prompt?
No. Only visitors who were shown the TCF prompt appear in the Interaction Report. Pageviews from all regions appear in the Traffic Report.
Is there a No Interaction metric in the Traffic Report?
No. It's a metric in the Interaction Report, where every visitor counted was shown the prompt.
