How to Add Journey Seen Targeting to a Journey

You may implement Journey Seen Targeting on any new or existing journey by completing these steps:

  1. Open your desired journey from the dashboard.
  2. Click Edit Targeting in the journey menu (screenshot below).
  3. Click Add Targeting Criteria (screenshot below).
  4. Query or scroll to select Journey Seen.
  5. Select your desired parameters.

💡 Tip: Journey Seen targeting works alongside your standard rules, such as subdomain exclusions, US traffic filters, specific campaign paths, or mobile app exclusions.

Can the "Journey Seen" Query Parameters be filtered by ever / all time?
No, the Time Unit cannot be filtered by all time. However, Cookie Targeting may be used as a kind of "one time ever" targeting.
