- How to Take a Screenshot on a Windows Computer
- You will need to hold down the following keys at the same time: Windows + Shift + S
- You will then use your mouse to draw a rectangle over what you want to capture. This is saved to your clipboard.
- How to Take a Screenshot on a Mac Computer
- You will need to hold down the following keys at the same time: Command + Shift + 4
- You will then use your mouse to draw a rectangle over what you want to capture.
OR click the space bar and then click on the window you want to capture. This is saved to your clipboard.

Once you have mastered taking a screenshot, the next step is to paste it into the email to reply to our Customer Love Support team using either Ctrl + V or Command + V.
