How to: Log In to Your Admiral Account (& Reset Password If Needed)

What is Admiral?

Admiral helps Publishers manage their Visitor Relationships, including online subscription management. If you've signed up for a subscription with a Publisher that is using Admiral (or they have migrated to our system), this subscription linked is linked to your Admiral Account and that will kick off two emails to you, one to verify your email address in our system and help ensure you continue to recieve notifications and the other is to set up your signon/login credentials.

How to Log In

Log in by going to the following URL: https://my.getadmiral.com/login/

There are three ways your account may be set up:

What Happens When You Enter Your Email?

  • You see a blue “Continue” button?
→ You’re set up with Email + Password. Enter your password to log in.

  • You see “No account found for this email” with a grayed-out button?
→ Our system doesn’t recognize this email. Try clicking “Login with Google” or “Login with Facebook” instead.

  • You see this message:
“The account at this email was created via Facebook. Please log in using the button below.”
→ Your account was created via Facebook social login. Click “Login with Facebook" to continue.

  • You see this message:
“The account at this email was created via Google. Please log in using the button below.”
→ Your account was created via Google social login. Click “Login with Google" to continue.
  • You get an error like:  “3026: Login not associated with existing account.”
→ Your Google account isn’t linked to an Admiral account. Try Email + Password or “Login with Facebook.”

How to Reset Your Password (Email + Password Accounts Only)

  1. Go to https://my.getadmiral.com/login/

  2. Enter your email address and click the blue “Continue” button.

  3. A password field will appear → Enter your password (or what you think your password is). If the password does NOT match what we have in our system, you will see the following error: email and password do not match (see screenshot below for where to look).

  4. If you’ve forgotten it, please click the blue “Forgot password?"  above the "Login" button.  You’ll receive a password reset email from Admiral <no-reply@m.getadmiral.com> with subject line “Admiral Password Reset.”

  5. Open that email and then click the “Reset Password” button or the long URL link to reset your password. NOTE: These links are only good for about 72 hours AND only the most recent one will work. If duplicates are sent, the new email will invalidate the old emails as a security precaution.

  6. Follow the link to set a new password (minimum of six characters).
