Please do the following to troubleshoot Mozilla FIREFOX (Computer)…
- In the open web browser window, please make sure you have the Publisher's tab open or navigate to the site first to make sure the steps below are done for the right URL/domain.
- Then, to the right of the URL, look for and click on the shield icon (
)to the right of the URL address in the URL bar to open a menu. - For the first option, "Enhanced Tracking Protection", if this is Blue and has "On for this Site" stated under the bolded text, click the toggle off so that this turns it off. You should see the shield icon change to have a crossed-out line through it (
). To confirm, if you click this icon again, you will see the toggle as gray and the text below "Enhanced Tracking Protection" now says "Off for this site".
- What Does This Do? This adds the website quickly and easily as a listed exception or allowlist/whitelist for the web browser to tell it that, despite whatever other settings you might have set up, you want to opt-in to advertising measures on this site because you fully trust and support the Publisher.
